I was only taking refunds because live rate is like 5-10%. ( I have to buy 10 cc to find 1 live cc )
I am ready to pay the amount you want. So at-least give that much worth to your users. ? ( It takes 2-3 hours to find 1 live cc )

I am in search of new shops now. Who either give live cards or give refunds.
