? Visa Purchase Alerts: A Carder's Secret Weapon ?
Listen up, you aspiring fraudsters. Today we're diving into a tool that's been right under your nose this whole time - Visa Purchase Alerts.
Yeah, that boring-ass service meant to help grandma keep track of her knitting supply purchases? Turns out it's a goldmine for us.
What the hell are Visa Purchase Alerts?
Visa Purchase Alerts is a service that sends realtime notifications to cardholders when their card is used. Sounds like our worst nightmare right? Wrong. It's actually our new best friend.
Here's the deal: When you sign up for this service using a Visa Card, you get a front-row seat to all the legit transactions.
It's like having a direct line into the cardholder's spending history, though unlike enrolls (which I will also be writing a guide soon) it only records the transaction AFTER you linked the card to your account.
Why should I give a shit?
- Real-time Intel: You'll know excatly when and where the card is being used. This helps you time your own purchases to blend in with the legit ones.
- Spending Patterns: Learn the cardholder's habits. If they always buy gas on Tuesdays, guess what? Your sketchy-ass purchase on Tuesday looks a lot less suspicious.
- Balance Checks: Some alerts even show the remaining balance (rare). No more guessing if you're about to max out the card.
- Avoid Collisions: Nothing blows your cover faster than trying to use the card at the same time as the real owner. Alerts help you dodge that bullet.
- Bypass Verification: Here's the fucking golden ticket, boys and girls. Some sites require verification of a small charge to prove card ownership. With Visa Alerts, you'll see that $1 verification charge instantly. No more waiting around like an idiot or missing out on juicy opportunities. This alone makes it worth.
BINs That Work with Visa Alerts
Some shops on the forum already sell cards that are labelled as Visa Alerts ready, but for this guide, I've compiled a BIN list for the lazy asses who can't be bothered to do their own research, haha.
Now, here's the catch: The issue with Visa Alerts is that plenty of the BINs here tend to have low balances. Why? Because high-value cards already come with fancy-ass features to track their activity, meaning they don't need Visa Alerts anymore.
I've only added USA BINs here but keep in mind that Alerts is available in other countries too. Even the list I've put together here are just what I've come across, they don't contain every US VISA ALERT BIN there is.
3,220 VISA ALERTS ENABLED BINs:

Remember, this list isn't set in stone. Banks are always changing their shit up, so what works today might not work tomorrow. Don't come crying to me if a BIN doesn't work - do your own damn homework too.
How to Set This Shit Up
Go to the Visa Purchase Alerts website.
https://purchasealerts.visa.com/vca-web/check

You need to enter the first nine digits of the card first
For the email, use a burner you have access to as the alerts will go to this email.
Once you confirm your account, just type in your card details
Set up the alerts to notify you for any charge.

Sit back and watch the intel roll in.
Demonstrating Its Power
Let's put this into action. We'll demonstrate the minicharge bypass on Google. This bypass works across multiple Google services as it's their primary card verification method. You can use it to run ads or buy from the Google Store.
Here's the process:
Go to STORE.GOOGLE.COM and attempt to check out.
Based on your fraud score, you'll either see a verification screen immediately or receive an email requesting card verification.

This is where Visa Alerts proves its worth. You'll see the minicharge notification almost instantly.
Check your burner email. You should receive something like this:

Enter the verification code, and your card will be verified. Your order should then proceed normally.
Sites that Request Minicharge
Google isn't the only site using this verification method. Many others employ similar systems:
Most services using Xsolla
Facebook Ads
Urbanoutfitters
This is just few. Many other sites use similar verification processes.
Remember, success with this method requires timing and patience. Avoid using the same card on multiple sites, as Visa Alerts card can be finicky and sensitive, and keep your activities low-profile to increase your chances of success.
Potential Roadblocks
Let's talk about some hurdles you might face when setting up your Visa Alerts account.
First up, IP restrictions. In my experience, most issues stem from Visa limiting attempts from a single IP address.
If you hit a wall don't keep bashing your head against it. Switch up your IP and try again.
Sometimes, Visa Alerts will let you link a dead card. Other times, you'll get an error. To save yourself some headaches, make sure the card is live before you try to link it.
If you're having trouble, switch up your approach, and come back to it. If you keep hitting errors, maybe it's time to find a new card or a new IP. Don't be the idiot who gets flagged for too many failed attempts.
Bird's Eye View
Visa Alerts can be a game-changer if you've got a stack of cards and want to make some big purchases. Here's a pro tip:
Timing is everything: Wait for the cardholder to make a large purchase. When you see this, the security is typically more relaxed. That's your window to sneak in your own big purchase. The bank is more likely to approve it because the spending profile has already been elevated.

Mass linking: If you're working with a lot of cards, link them all to Visa Alerts. This gives you a bird's eye view of all your options. You'll know which cards are good shit, which have high limits and which to avoid.
You can even see the history of alerts right there on the account itself, without looking at your mailbox!
Card selection: Use the alerts to cherry-pick the best cards for your needs. High-value purchases? Recent activity? It's all there.
Remember, this method works best when you're patient and strategic. Don't rush. Wait for the right moment and you'll maximize your chances of success.
Wrapping This Shit Up
Look, I've laid out the groundwork here but don't think for a second that this is all there is to it.
Visa Alerts is a powerful tool but it's not a magic wand. You still need to use your brain.
Now, for you overachievers out there, let me drop a little teaser. If you think Visa Alerts is the shit, wait until you hear about enrolls. That's some next-level fuckery that makes Visa Alerts look like child's play. We're talking about getting full transaction history, not just the stuff after you link the card. But that's a whole other thing, and I'll be breaking that down in a future guide.
Remember, the landscape is always changing. What works today might get you rekt tomorrow. Stay on your toes, keep learning, and for fuck's sake, don't get lazy.
Now get out there and make me proud, you beautiful degenerates.
