Hello,

Is there anyone who can send paypal dirty funds in my USA PayPal account as a freinds and family. I have multiple PayPal accounts. I saw that few years ago this service was proactive everywhere in darkweb marketplace but now i cannot find it anywhere.

Can someone tell me how they send these dirty funds? Is that really that simple that they buy card and then put in any paypal and then send money from that paypal using the card they attached?

its not that simple paypal will hold money for 7-21 days
