Black List Alcatraz.pw Stole Seller Money

I never never had a problem like this before, i'll explain here with a screenshot from the telegram chat with Alcatraz.pw Support.

My Balance was $500 so i decided to withdraw it, but some notification popped up and say the minimum balance to withdraw is $1000.

And then i ask the Admin via telegram they say like this

so i wanted to wait, and i trust this webshop.

My Balance already reach the minimum balance to payout, but when i see the history i got error like this


And the admin give me a support contact to ask what happen to my account.


So here's the chat history me with Alcatraz.pw support







They explain what happen to my account and why i got decline when trying to withdraw my seller balance.

1. They think i sell the same base to another shop
Fact : yes i've been as a seller on another webshop, BUT i dont sell the same base, its just the same name with different card inside.

2. Low Valid Rate
Explanation :
For sure i don't know how valid rate system on this webshop work, some buyyer just give thumb down when the CC's not working, but if they got the valid one they don't give me the thumbs up.
The Alcatraz.pw support they have the announcement about the Valid Rate on thei TOS Page, but i dont see it

In this case, all webshop will refund the CC's when the buyer report it, same like here on Alcatraz.pw.
But when i ask why my balance is goin to zero ? they said because i have a low valid rate (WTF???)
MY CARD WAS SOLD BUT THE BALANCE NEVER CAME TO ME.

Today i check it again on telegram, the message already deleted by Alcatraz.pw Support


Whoever you are, do not trust this webshop.
They never give your money when you be a seller.
